Check-In & Check-Out Policy
● Check-in time is 3PM and check-out time is 11AM.
Late check-out or Early check-in can be requested for an additional $30, however, it will be based on availability.

● Please inform us if anything is damaged or needs to be replaced. We understand accidents happen.
● Any damaged or missing items by you or your guests discovered in your accommodations, as a result of your stay, will be assessed and billed accordingly to your credit card.

● Please be courteous to our neighbors. Our neighborhood is known for feeling private and quiet- just like a retreat.
● Please do not use water access for fishing/exploring across the street on our neighbors' properties. They do have cameras and expressed that this is private property. There are public water access points within walking distance for your use.
