This 110+ year old, home just outside Historic Potwin, near Edgewood park, hospitals, and downtown Topeka has a unique design. The upstairs with vaulted ceilings and lovely treetop views has a living room, bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom with claw foot tub. The downstairs has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom with stand up shower. The outdoor space comes equipped with a wagon for riding kiddos to the park and wood for fire pit. (S’more kit included) Free outdoor fitness center at Willow park, within walking distance. Edgewood park is only1/2 block away and has a basketball goal and tennis courts for your entertainment! Sports equipment is stored by the back door. Go play some tennis! Or set up badminton in the backyard. Everything you need is also stored by the back door on the shelf. You can’t beat this beautiful neighborhood with Victorian homes tucked away near I-70, downtown, and hospitals.

Summary: What a cool place this is, nestled in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood of Victorians and other older houses, with kids playing outside and kitties on front porches. Reminds me of my childhood a million years ago! The house has character, and was a great overnight stay for me and my young dog, Willie, as we drive from the East Coast back to California.The downstairs has a bedroom and small bathroom, along with kitchen, dining and living rooms, so we never even ventured upstairs. Some of the things I appreciated: the fenced yard, the warm and comfy living room, and having a washing machine four days into our journey. Finally, Haley couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful, going out of her way to make things perfect for us and responding quickly to my questions. Thank you, Haley!

Summary: The treehouse was an adorable house! We loved our stay here! The house has so much character. The host was very helpful and communicative! We had a group of 7 and it was perfect with the air mattresses. Although the second air mattress is only a twin size so it might be difficult to have 8 people stay. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend!

Summary: Enjoyed staying at the Treetop Cottage. Only spent one night but felt very comfortable. Nice fenced in backyard. No issues other than getting used to the uneven floors, especially from the dining room to the kitchen.

Summary: The house was clean except we found a free style libre sensor on the floor and my sister steeped on it. I understand the Ants. But It appeared they were coming from the basement door. Also, your Vrbo ad says there is 1 Queen bed in Bedroom 1, 1 Queen bed in room 2, 1 Double Futon (understand it was broke) AND 1 Twin Bed in Common area 1, and 1 Queen Bed and 1 Child Bed in Common area 2 and there was also air beds. Beds are not the same as Air Beds. We figured we would have at least 3 beds for adults, The other thing is at least 1 air bed wouldn't hold air. My family didn't want me to contact you while we were there because they didn't want someone coming in with all there stuff there. So besides the ants, beds and unlevel floors. We loved the place. It was very homey. Thank you for letting us stay in your home. Please dont take this the wrong way, but here is some advice, Have larger coffee cups, and maybe more comfortable chairs in living room and Dining room. Thank you again
