Summary: The elevators were broke and we were put on the very top floor with our dogs. The air conditioning was horrible we had to get a fan from front desk.

Summary: Our ac filter was clogged and made room kind of musty but room was clean, beds were comfy, pool and hot tub were clean and nice. Elevator was out and we were on 8th floor so had to use service elevator and wait was a little long with being down to one elevator but was overall really pretty and nice. Would stay again for sure!

Summary: Hotel itself was fine. The room was supposed to be handicapped accessible but it was not. The bathroom door not wide enough for my chair to fit. The breakfast was very good.

Summary: Main area was very nice. Hotel room floors need updating - carpet very old which make it look dirty all the time. Only 1 elevator was working the 1st half of our stay and then on the last day both were down. We had to take a freight elevator to our room on the 11th floor.

Summary: Elevator was dirty.Had a cockroach crawl from the hallway into my room when I was checking out.Glad I didn’t see it until then.The carpet outside the rooms could use a good cleaning.

Summary: Hotel needs major updating. Elevators and key cards didn’t work. Breakfast area very messy. Understaffed.

Summary: Overall the stay was nice. Elevator to the 8th floor was being repaired so we had to use the service elevator in the back of the hotel. It was a hike because this place is very large. Check-in staff was nice and accommodating. Room could use some vacuuming around the edges but overall it was clean. The bed was too firm for me and the ac compressor was on and off all night. There were plenty of towels which were nice and fluffy. Breakfast was the usual continental. I would stay here again.
