Summary: Enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Home in Tipp City. Check in was easy and communication with the host was easy and much appreciated. The place was spotless and our two dogs loved the fenced in back yard. I highly recommend the house and plan on staying again!!

Summary: Just needed a place that was clean and pet friendly….definitely checked the boxes. Quiet neighborhood and loved the fenced in yard. Owner very communicative and house was exactly as described & photographed.

Summary: We love the decor of the house. The fenced in backyard was so nice for the dogs. The front porch was so relaxing while sitting in a papasan. Sorry that we did not put a request in for toilet paper and paper towels. There was very little of each. There was none under the sink as mentioned. We love the style of the couch and the chairs but they are not comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Maybe a tv in the bedroom.

Summary: Weekend trip with the dogs. Cute house in nice neighborhood. Well kept fenced yard a bonus. Hiked at three parks then enjoyed sitting on the back stoop to watch the sunset, while the dogs explored the yard. Everything was clean. It is an older home with painted floors and stairs so I had to be mindful to not slip. Comfortable bed. It was like staying the weekend at grandma’s house. Easy walk to town as it is just a block from Main Street. Would stay there again.

Summary: This was a perfect property for our trip to OH for work. The neighborhood and super safe and clean and within walking distance to the Tipp City main street shops. The backyard was perfect for our fur baby! The property was just as pictured, clean and had everything we needed!!! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.
