Summary: I had a great time. I was delighted entering the AC cottage on a very hot afternoon. I think it was a recent addition. A small hiccup on day 3 was fixed by the next afternoon. I found all I needed to cook; the beach was at the end of the street. I always avoid the cape town beach charge by going late in the afternoon. Cottage drains were a little noisy, but hot water was fine. I never figured ROKU out but managed to watch some TV during the week. Quiet part of the neighborhood, close to some great food (Chapin's/Sundae School/Dog House) Movies and thrift shops close too.
