Summary: The property was as advertised. All utilities work, there are plenty of personal supplies and eating utensils and you have access to your favorite streaming apps for downtime. Neighborhood is not fancy, but well kept. The owner provides some amenities like water and snacks. I will stay at this property again.

Summary: House was very tidy and clean. The owner provided water bottles and snacks in the frig which was really nice. The backyard fence and the gate to the back deck need a little TLC. The only issue we had was the neighbor's dog barking. The dog barked non stop from 11 pm till 2 am. I am a dog lover and i was more concerned that the dog was left out all night and obviously neglected them I was with my lack of being able to go to sleep. I have no idea if this is a regular occurrence or not and I'm not sure what the host could have done about it. As I said the house was very clean and comfortable.

Summary: Charming older home in a mature, quiet neighborhood. So convenient to restaurants, store, but not in thick of I95/301. Beds were very comfortable and William our host was very responsive throughout our booking. Small details missing like bedside tables, wastepaper bins, and mirrors in the bedrooms, but the bedding was comfortable with plenty of cozy blankets. Just the right size and centrally located for quick trips to the area.

Summary: The booking and check in process was very easy. The owner was very responsive and we enjoyed staying in this clean home. It was the perfect size for our party of four and it was close to Pembroke which made our visit easy to go see our family located there. The location was great and we enjoyed the outdoor patio since the weather was nice. Great little house to stay at!

Summary: Found William easy to communicate with and everything in the listing to be accurate. All things in the house were nice, convenient and made me comfortable. Really enjoyed my stay and found lots of things in the area convenient as well small store at the end of the street for odds and ends, Pier 41 seafood close by; good food and a staple in the area for many years Great place to stay in Lumberton

Summary: We usually stop and stay at the Best Western in Lumberton because we have dogs. The place is not great. William’s house, though, was an awesome way for everyone to spend the night in Lumberton and have a bit of space to stretch out and roam. We didn’t get a chance to use the jacuzzi tub, but the main bathroom is probably just slightly smaller than a hotel room. Great space for a night to stay and I wish I would’ve looked for a place like William’s years ago to stop for a night.

Summary: My son lives near so I visit Lumberton frequently. This place is much more affordable and comfortable than a typical over-priced hotel with only one bathroom. The house is very clean with nice linens and towels. The master bathroom was perfect for my granddaughter and I to share, double sinks and plenty of outlets for our hair straighteners, hair dryers, etc.
