Welcome to cottage country thats just minutes away from all Orillia shops and restaurants.
Our house is newly renovated with kitchen, bathroom and flooring upgrades in 2019 and a new A/C unit in 2021 as well as an WV/Tesla charging plug.
Use of Row boat and canoe are included free of charge along with a weber gas bbq. We are kid friendly and have a large sandbox and playground beside the lower deck. We look forward to welcoming you to Simcoe Sunset, our treasure on the water with easy and quick access to all amenities in the town of Orillia.
