Positive: Everything was good. I will say that the bathroom had a lot of hair that did not belong to me in the shower and on the floor. So that could most certainly be better. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will most certainly book again.

Positive: A very big apartment with 2 bathrooms at a very good price. The remote team who managed the booking were extremely helpful and highly proactive.
Negative: It’s a bit impersonal because it’s so big and in our case the pans provided in the kitchen were unsuitable for use on an induction hob.
Summary: Excellent value for the location and size of apartment

Positive: Showboat was a great venue for families. Between Hard Rock and Ocean. Really nice gym at the Showboat.
Negative: Cozy suites beds were HORRIBLE. All crappy IKEA beds. I could hear the people using the bathroom next door. I could hear everyone on each side. The ridiculous reservation system said no pets or smoking meanwhile almost every guest had a dog and plenty of smoking outside hotel. the reservation system had me put in my cc # 3 different times on 3 different sites including Booking.com. It took way too much personal info, thought I was getting hacked. My bank denied it cause they thought so too. Will not stay at Cozy suites again. Do regular rooms at Showboat or better yet book the Hard Rock for the same price. Thought it would be nice to have a kitchen but no place nearby to buy food to cook. Ended up being a total waste.
Summary: Won’t use Cozy Suites again.
