Summary: We had a wonderful stay! Rod is an excellent host. If you need anything while you’re staying he is right there to help. The beach is within walking distance away. We played games on our rainy day and also did a puzzle. The place was very cozy. With 7 people the only slight challenge was having only one bathroom. We made due with it though. Would definitely stay again! Very nice, relaxing place to stay at! Thank you!

Summary: This property was perfect for us, the kitchen was well stocked with all necessary utensils. The location was great for beach goers, especially when my daughter visited with two small children; she was able to go back & forth to property as needed. BBQ grill and yard was terrific. The only thing we missed was not having two bathrooms.

Summary: This property is as advertised. It’s clean and spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is large and there is a washer/dryer in the unit which was key! The living room was also comfortable with cable TV and central air throughout. Rod is an awesome landlord. He is very responsive and accommodating to the needs of his renters. He is also a really nice guy! This place is great! We didn’t want to leave!

Summary: Place was clean and plenty of room between the living room, kitchen, and dining room to just hang out and relax. Only a street away from the beach. My friends and I were very pleased.

Summary: Property is pretty much as described. We would have appreciated more lighting in dining and living room as it was overcast part of week and we were trying to play games. We had a lovely stay...thank you.

Summary: Stayed for three weeks with wife and 4 kids (ages 4-12) Got to meet Rod, the owner and he is an exceptionally nice guy. Internet/cable went out in area and was quick to help. No issues at all. Location is incredible and place feels more spacious than pictures. Would not hesitate to recommend for a family vacation.

Summary: Rod was great - very accessible and accommodating. Our 2-wk stay varied in the # of guests each evening from just my husband and me to having 6 adults in total with our cat. We were very comfortable and loved being so close to the beach. Gas grill was great and ate on table in yard a few times. Looks nicer in person than in pictures!

Summary: It was very easy renting the unit. Everything is in place and clean. Going to the beach is just 2 min walking. The owner really makes sure you enjoy your vacations. If we come back to Brigantine we definitely will come back to this property.
