Positive: Very nice appartement close to where we needed to be. Also very close to Westgate and the stadium. Communication is al done remote and professional. Appartement was spacious and in a gated, safe, community. Ours was on the third floor. When doing a roadtrip itโ€™s also nice that the appartement has a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has all you need (almost) if you are tired of eating out every night.
Negative: Overall we had a great stay but it could have been cleaned a bit better. Especially the floor seemed to need a better mopping. Also as I suspect the washing machine, dryer and dishwasher donโ€™t get used very often they were in need of a high temperature cleaning run and cleaning out of the filters. All minor points though.

Positive: The property was clean and well maintained.
Negative: The unit lacked supplies like towels , garbage bags, etc. When I informed staff, via email, they sent me on a hide and seek search. This was very unfortunate because that is the house keepers job. I completed this mission twice and stopped calling about promised amenities. The supplies were delivered the next day but when on vacation, I donโ€™t want to do someone elseโ€™s job for free.
Summary: The stay was pleasant but not exceptional.

Positive: Good refrigerator. Location was good, close to shopping and restaurants.
Negative: Not clean. Windows wouldn't stay open. Doesn't fit more than one guest comfortably. Poor instructions on how to check in and out, no instructions for where the extra linens (towels) were located, small kitchen table had stains, and the bathroom wasn't clean. Clothes from a prior guest were in the nightstand drawer. Couldn't access small laundry room because one door was stuck closed.
Summary: Wouldn't stay here again!
