Positive: Perfect location. Short walk to the beach. Charmingly cozy. Loft sleeping area a bit precarious but fun for kids. Great porch for hanging out with family. Heating system - gas fireplace- worked great. The downstairs bed was a popular napping space.
Negative: A little frayed- front steps had loose non slip pads, bbq worked but one of 3 burners didn’t light and propane container was rusty, some of the kitchen appliances didn’t work well.
Summary: We met family for a weekend of birthday celebrations and beach walks. Sweet home base for exploring.

Positive: The easy access to the beach. The location. The quirky cottage, original features. Nice comfortable beds
Negative: The couch needs update not at all comfortable. TV stand not stable, update out door chairs. Better entry rugs.
