Summary: This is an old resort and it shows. There have been some updates to the room that we booked (second floor, ocean view) such as a big screen tv, nice art on walls, but there were several annoying flaws: 1. There are no closets or even hooks to hang clothes or towels. 2. The shower spray was weak. This is probably due to an oversized 8-inch showerhead with about 50 spray holes. There was not enough pressure for that size. 3. Ocean view was largely blocked by overgrown shrubbery. I'd call it more like a peekaboo view. 4. Coffee maker is a Keurig style but the coffee itself tasted like instant coffee. 5. There is poor sound insulation between floors. The people above us, probably, a family, made a lot of noise stomping back and forth in their room. 6. BIGGEST FLAW: The restaurant was closed. I asked the desk clerk, why? She said the owner came in two days earlier and just shut it down. We like having dinner close to where we stay so that we may enjoy drinks with dinner and not having the need to drive afterwards. That was a big factor in choosing this facility. The room was very clean. It has a balcony with two outdoor chairs and table that would be great if the view wasn't blocked. For those who like to walk along the shore, It has a nice stairway to the beach below. If you are thinking of using the pool, be advised that it is across a busy street. Although the building we stayed in has three stories, there is no elevator. Will definitely not stay at this place again

Summary: This property located right on the beach could be lovely but it is falling apart! We booked a unit with a view, which we got, but once we went to our balcony we found the support column that held the section next to us was completely rotted out and a make-shift support system had been put in place place. We also found once we parked in the carport outside our unit the ceiling was ready to fall down. During the night we were awakened by creaks and loud sounds making us think the building was in distress. We would not recommend this ‘resort’.

Summary: You are in essence paying for the location, view, and the stairs to the beach, everything else is a one star motel.

Summary: Everything was great - the bed was comfortable and the staff were bubbly and kind. We stayed in one of the recently updated rooms and found it to be clean. In the room there was a balcony with beautiful views. Overall, everything was amazing. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in for a year or more! The only thing to be aware of is the limited food options in the area. The onsite restaurant wasn’t open while we were there and there’s not much else nearby.

Summary: We had a lovely time here. The ocean view was gorgeous through the window wall along the living room. No balcony though. The room had a microwave and thoughtfully stocked with plates, bowls and silverware which is very convenient when traveling with kids.

Summary: As a person with some disabilities, I found our suite very comfortable. There was accessible seating, the toilet was at a good height, and the bed was not too high, which I've had trouble with at many hotels. The view was wonderful!

Summary: first, there really is No resorts on the coast. this is an old motel with some upgrades to some of the rooms. The staff was helpful and pleasant. we stayed in the upgraded rooms/ clean, But No elevators for 3 floors. air conditioned/ and heat. the coffee machine worked 1x. and the frig leaked. The stairs to the 'ocean front beach'...are Very long ..lot's of steps. so beware of this too. You can actually drive on the beach. The pool house/ gym etc is actually across the main street. hard to get into the jacuzzi/ needed repairs. the area around the pool is made of ? shale and very sharp on your feet/ so take flipflops! the gym was fine. towels provided. We did not eat in the restaurant/ no breakfast. Good thing Seabrook/ much more upscale with a few restaurants and small grocery store is only a 3-4 min drive. If you're looking to just get away ...and are not too particular about rooms etc...this will work. Pictures were a lil deceiving. It wasn't one of our favorites.

Summary: We stayed in room 201. The room was run down. The floor was bowed which caused the head of the bed to sit at a 6 percent decline this made sleep uncomfortable.
