Positive: The apartment was absolutely perfect for us and our host went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay, communication was very good, room size and cleanliness perfect, amenities as described.position to the town centre is spot on. We will definitely be returning later in the year. Thanks very much John,was lovely to meet you. Keep up the good work 👍😊
Negative: The room went a little cold on the first night but to be fair there were very strong January winds outside and this was well catered for by an electric radiator that was supplied so not really a problem. 😊

Positive: The bed was very comfortable and the towels and bath mat were lovely and soft. The room was well proportioned for 2 people. We had a parking space. It was a great location to walk to Lichfield cathedral and town. John was pleasant and informative. Nice shower and room overall. Would have left better review if it weren't for the traffic noise. Spoiled our stay.
Negative: The noise from the A51 was loud and constant all night and day. We had room 4 and it was right next to it. We kept the windows shut but it was still very loud. We did not sleep at all on our first night which we found very disappointing. It was extremely annoying. So much so in fact, that we checked out a night early, which is a 1st for us. We had planned to stay 2 nights. As one of the most important things for us when going away for a break is to get a good nights sleep. When we arrived we asked John, who was there to meet us with the keys, if the traffic died down at all later. 'I presume so' was his reply. So we asked if it would be possible to be moved to a quieter room and we were told 'not for the money you have paid', 'no-one else has ever mentioned it' and 'well I can't move the building'!! Which i think is totally unacceptable customer service. There were no curtains only slatted blinds so the light streamed in. It wasn't an apartment it was a hotel room with a microwave. No air conditioning and as already said above we had to keep the windows shut because of the constant traffic noise. Not bothered about a refund would have paid £50 for the noise to STOP!!!!
Summary: Bad outweighed the good. Checked out early. Too noisy.

Positive: That there was items left bread and stuff for us if we wanted them which was a very kind thought. It was quite so relaxing just want we needed.
Negative: The car park as my car was under a tree they need a trim and I wished I asked if I could Move her as it’s covered with as you can imagine but ow well. If I could recommend a safe for important items but I’m good at hiding things.
