Positive: Lovely place and facilities, very spacious. Very clean and great products offered, like their continental breakfast and linen.

Negative: The only reason I haven't given the venue top marks across the board, is for a venue that is marketed as a top of the line venue, I would say that the bed wasn't very comfortable, it was very hard. Other than that, I couldn't fault it and I'd say it's a great place to stay.

Positive: The cottage bedroom was cosy and looked inviting

Negative: The bathroom was tired and old and did not like the 'spa' as i found it difficult to climb into the spa for a shower. The front screen for suite 3 was faulty. The breakfast was basic , although there was a wide variety of milk options. There was no one at reception and had to call the number advertised several times .Message bank was full and had to wait around before we got a sms telling us whete the key was and further instructions.

Positive: * note: my ratings are based on how well the accom suits ME, not the presence of ‘five star’ extras. Gorgeously presented cottage with loads of thoughtful inclusions, from snacks to pod coffee (lifesaver!!) to even a splash of sherry for the evening

Negative: Not a dislike, but be aware that the shower in #3 is over a high-sided spa which might be difficult for some to navigate

Positive: It was really lovely. Set up was a bit strange with no bathroom upstairs. I wasn't able to confirm checkin time so can understand why air-conditioning wasn't turned on when I arrived but highly recommend doing so if it's a hot day.

Negative: There was cockateils screeching all through the night including at 3am which was really weird. It's probably just this particular time of year. I wish I'd brought earplugs, as I'm a light sleeper.
