Summary: Very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Heating and cooling worked well. Owners were very nice to deal with and very responsive. The house is only a block away from Broad Street where they celebrate Victorian Christmas and where all the shops are. Very convenient!

Summary: What a charming cottage! Not only was it warm, cozy and had all the amenities one would want, it was in an excellent location! Just a few minutes walk from historic downtown Nevada City and local trails! It was so relaxing, just sitting and listening to the creek. We loved it and would rent it again so we highly recommend it!

Summary: Had a lovely visit, great location. Finding Cabin St, was at first hard, because in reality when u pass by you see a driveway. And of course there was no street sign. In fact, that happened to be the case quite a bit in NC and GV. One day a peacock was wandering around , the street . Don’t know it was wild or a pet from one of the neighbors.

Summary: The photo is misleading, no fire bowl. It’s severely in need of some TLC. Kitchen faucet leaks, how do you wash dirty dishes in the sink when that’s where the dish drainer is?There is no light fixture over the dining table, the lighting is in sufficient, only two bulbs in a three bulb fixture in the bathroom, no tissue, no water pressure in the shower, the TOO small toilet seat is stupid and rude, the bathroom needs scrubbing and paint along with the exterior and porch.
