Positive: We recently enjoyed a two-night stay here and had a wonderful time. The house was spacious, with a large master bedroom and downstairs room. All the beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the abundance of extra blankets. The water pressure was excellent, and we found plenty of towels for our bathroom use. A nice feature was the backyard deck with a gas BBQ and two chairs. It was a great spot to relax while grilling. The kitchen was also a nice place to cook with ocean views to boot! The house itself was bright and airy with lots of windows, and we loved the short walk to the rocky beach behind the neighboring hotel or to the nearby park for sandy swimming. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near the ocean.
Negative: For light sleepers, it might be helpful to know that fog horns sound every few minutes during foggy weather. While this wasn't a major issue with the windows closed, it could be bothersome with them open. We recommend bringing earplugs in case the night fog rolls in.

Negative: Upstairs hallway bathroom sink needs to be service, water hardly for down.

Positive: The location was excellent. We liked all the space we had. We really only slept there, did not use much of the facility.
Negative: All three beds were not very comfortable. The carpet is quite stained and puckered. The outside of the house does not match the picture provided, as far as, the paint job.

Positive: Dreamy location! Within walking distance of the ocean, lighthouse, park and restaurants. The restaurant and bar right across the street and the Seaquake restaurant and brewery also within walking distance was awesome. The view the view the view from just about every window The kitchen was well equipped for the most part. The upstairs sofa was super comfy and every one's favorite hangout
Negative: Stained and smelly pillows and bed spreads. We had to go to Walmart and purchase pillows. There was only one comforter (as opposed to bedspreads) and it was stained and smelled of urine. It washed up nicely though. No decent skillet or a sharp knife made cooking a bit challenging. (these things are inexpensive fixes so really no excuse) The televisions should be reversed. The upstairs t.v. is so small one cannot see it from the couch. No blinds or shades on the windows. We would have liked that option. The low beds were a challenge for the older folks. Only one bed upstairs had a decent elevation. Master should have a better bed and night stands. I would upgrade the linens. Plain white bath sheets and washable white down alternative comforters (no need for "decorative" pillow shams and bedspreads) would really elevate the experience. Getting rid of the carpeting would be good too.
Summary: Perfect location, great floorplan, amazing views. Love this house.
