Summary: Our stay was great! No issues with check-in. The house is very spacious and the location was perfect for us. We hope to book here again in the future.

Summary: We came for our dauggters wedding. Nice sized house for the amount of people we had. The owner allowed us to have a small get together. The air conditioner (air handler) went out but they replaced it the next day and it was nice and cold when we got back 😀

Summary: The home and price were great but there were some things that disturbed our trip. First of all when we arrived there was a large dog in the back yard. He was there our entire trip which was obnoxious & a huge liability, I couldn’t let my kids outside the entire trip. He was friendly but very excited/would jump all over and scratch etc.. I called the property manager and nothing was done about the dog. We noticed a huge part of the properties fence is missing so we assumed this was the neighbors dog? Either way the property should definitely be checked thoroughly before visits as it is a huge liability to have a strange large dog with kids/guests etc. this dog was here every day, every morning, every night scratching and whining at the back door. It was sad to see and really affected our holiday negatively. Another issue, It lists high chair in the amenities, I reached out to the listed contact several days before our reservation and did not hear back from her until we had already arrived at the rental, there is no high chair here. I could have brought one with me but did not because it states there is one (I have a young child with disability’s) so this made things difficult. Just remove from the listing if you don’t have one there. The house was also pretty dusty (ceiling fans and blinds not sure when they’ve been touched) Other than those three main issues this listing could be a really good find. About 40 min from the beach, nice neighborhood, spacious layout
