Heated pool available Nov, March and April (not available Dec, Jan, Feb) when temperatures are above 60 degrees. A heated pool is not a hot tub. The water temperature is in the 70s dependent on ambient temperature. Very pleasant for swimming when temperature is in the 60-80s and sunny in the Texas! My kids love it!

Summary: Pool was nice. Massive red wasp nest next to front door and one in back yard inside the bird feeder. Master shower has a mold smell when you turn it on and the shower head leaks really bad. Be careful when turning the vanity faucet on. It'll completely drench you. Hall bathroom toilet didn't work and we weren't notified of it.

Summary: The home was clean and comfortable. The yard need weekly maintenance because of the trees dropping nuts on the ground and in the pool. The pool was not cleaned during our 2 week stay. Communication with owner and the pool guys did not show. Overall a pleasant experience enjoyed the deer and the cute painted rock section.

Summary: We LOVED this property for our little family getaway. Feeding the local deer made it extra special since we never have experiences like that in Las Vegas! Our kids enjoyed the pool and loved their beds ☺️. There was also paddle boarding at “It’s a Beautiful Place just 3 minutes away and that was great to get out on the lake. We were sad when it was over!
