Summary: The location was right between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Science museum so it was very convenient. The size of the house was great because we had one family (5 people) upstairs and Grandpa and Grandma downstairs. The beds were comfortable and the sound transfer was great, although the kids were in bed early so maybe not an accurate statement for everyone. The place itself was good. The kids enjoyed the hot tub as it wasn't too hot. We had to buy ping pong balls (we left them for the next people) and the paddles are pretty rough. Son in law is a builder which came in handy to fix little issues with loose doors and other minor issues. The place obviously gets a lot of people through but was still not bad. We would stay again.

Summary: House is nice and comfortable in a safe neighborhood. Was not able to use the hot tub. I reported the dirty hot tub. They came to clean it the next morning bur the chemicals were so strong after the cleaning it was still unusable. Shower curtains were dirty and we killed 6 ants. Unknown where they were coming from. I would stay here again since these issues did not affect our stay. Overall this is a nice place.
