Positive: This property was very conveniently located near everything. We were only two blocks from the Colosseum. The rooms were clean. The staff was amazing.

Positive: With the exception of the spa, I experienced everything Cronton had to offer. The location was perfect - literally a few minutes walk to the Spice Bazaar, the trams, buses and ferries. The food was exquisite, both in the downstairs restaurant and in the rooftop restaurant. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the beds are very comfortable. It was the staff, however, that made Cronton a truly exceptional hotel. The front desk, housekeeping, restaurant staff and bellmen were so welcoming and helpful. Emre at the Front Desk patiently answered my endless questions and quickly dealt with my requests. And Macit, the bellman, seemed to make it his mission to make me and my friend feel taken care of. Tea would appear as if by magic, shopping bags would be carried, and he even retrieved our stored luggage from another hotel. I travel extensively and I have never felt so special and valued as I did at Cronton Design Hotel. If I could give them 20 stars, I would.

Negative: I cannot think of one thing to improve the hotel.
