Positive: Staff was very responsive to email/calls and provided prompt service to requests (fresh towels, garbage removal).
Negative: It would've been nice to have one more table or a little more counter space in the room and bathroom. There also could've been a little more lighting.

Positive: Location was great; the room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
Negative: Bike locks weren’t provided by the venue; I had to make a quick run to the bike shop before it closed. I’d have preferred to be able to rent a lock or if the venue came equipped with a lock.
