Positive: the location is great and a bit drive to leavenworth but it’s great cause you get to see great views with the drive
Negative: water smells really bad and not sure if you can even drink it . dishwasher does not work and has to wash dishes in the sink with water smelling like sewer had to go to the store and bought paper plates and cups . i recommend not drinking the water from the faucet especially if you have younger children. we believe the property uses well water . we didn’t shower the whole entire time we were there for the water really smells so bad. water smelled so bad that the bathrooms smells really bad as well( smells like rotten eggs ). uncomfortable really old furnitures . really old oven that doesn’t stand up to the right temperature. bad reception and cable tv has no decent channels.
Summary: Great location but property is really old with water smells like sewer.

Positive: The outside of the cabin was very cute. We had no idea it was located in an old mining town, which was very cool. The creek in the back was amazing and our dog loved swimming in it. We would take daily walks on the property behind the cabin and it was beautiful! The arcade games were a fun addition and also the board games downstairs. We loved that we could bring our dog!
Negative: It was very cluttered inside and although the Christmas decor would be nice in the winter time, it was strange to have that in the summer time. Since there was so much stuff on every surface (window ledges, kitchen table, counters, etc), the dust really piled up. We actually spent some time when we got there moving things from the counter and table to clean behind things. The floors looked like they hadn’t been properly vacuumed in a while as well. The shower head in the downstairs bathroom did not work so we found a shower head in the upstairs bathroom that we replaced it with, but it wasn’t great so everyone had to use the upstairs shower. The bunk bed mattress in the loft was extremely uncomfortable.
Summary: A relaxing vacation in the heart of a historic mining town, surrounded by the beautiful outdoors.
