Positive: The rooms were spacious.
Negative: The aircon water was dripping all day and night. Bathroom water wasn’t working properly and staff was just not friendly at all. They kept staring everywhere we go.

Positive: The room was generally comfortable.
Negative: I didn't like the shower head in the bathroom. Sprayed everywhere. Even out the end of the shower curtain. There were stains on the ceiling that looked like mold. The air condition vent was dirty. Plus my room door handle came out when I pulled on it.

Positive: The room was nice and the hotel is well positioned. Breakfast was good so is the food overall albeit a bit pricey. A stand out staff under the name Richard is a gem. Thank you for your hospitality.
Negative: The hotel starts looking a bit old and needs a cosmetic refresh... The pool area is not very inviting.
