Positive: The staff was very helpful and kind. The property was beautiful, the pool, the beach and the walking trail were all well maintained. A great menu, plenty to choose from, a variety of drinks: healthy juices, shakes and smoothies, and alcoholic beverages. The spa was wonderful.
Negative: Everything was great.
Summary: Excellent and will highly recommend it!

Positive: The staff were amazingly attentive. So much so, that our booked accommodation was upgraded, which we absolutely loved. We loved the salt Sea spa, views, meals and enjoyed a lovely walk around the island.
Negative: Our digicel TV needed to be turned on (had no idea where the console was), and the pillows were a little hard. Waitress staff were a little too attentive by wanting to clear our unfinished meals/drinks.

Positive: The hotel precinct was clean and beautiful. The room was clean, the lighting was exceptional, the staff were a bonus - they were friendly helpful and were ready to assist us. We enjoyed our stay, it was hassle free.
Negative: Would be nice to see a selection of snacks and treats (packaged baked pastries, potato chips, biscuits, etc) provided at the boutique shop. I understand trash may be a concern but I'll leave that to your capable hands to decide.

Positive: The view was awesome! Lots of activities to do. Enjoyed the refreshing drinks and the food was lovely. The staff were awesome, always ready to help and with a smile!
Negative: A few cockroaches in the room. Food and drinks were quite pricey compared to the amount that was served.
