You will fall in love with the gorgeous and expansive lake view the moment you enter our home. Take a dip in the pool or just relax in the spa. Enjoy breakfast or dinner on the large, screened-in lanai. TV can be enjoyed in the family room without disturbing the quiet serenity offered by the separate living room. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, our home is furnished to accommodate up to 6 guests. The master bedroom has a king-size mattress, one guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other guest bedroom has two twin beds.
We are a mere four miles to downtown Naples with its beach on the Gulf as well as its broad offering of fine restaurants and shopping opportunities.

Summary: The property was well supplied with things to entertain yourselves if you are not going out anywhere. Instructions for how things worked were detailed, and clear. The owner was very responsive with any questions. I would recommend this property, and will rent it again if it is available next time we travel there.

Summary: The house is in a safe neighborhood. The location of the house was perfect. short drive to downtown and beaches. great backyard with private pool and spa overlooking a very peaceful and serene pond. the house was fully equipped with all the necessities.

Summary: This was our second stay at this property. We love the quiet and pretty neighborhood. The pool and spa are always amazing, but it was very low on water when we got there and not working/circulating properly at first, which was disappointing, since we paid extra for it to be heated. The owner responded to our concerns quickly and my husband also problem solved to get it running properly again. The home is clean and no bugs seen, but the carpeting in the master bedroom should be replaced or at least cleaned. Also, the couch is very worn with a huge sink hole in the corner section. Overall, still a lovely property, just needs some updates.

Summary: We had a lovely stay in this villa of which was well equipped. Only had one issue with regard to cleanliness, which was resolved with the property owner. The villa is in a very quiet neighbourhood, so this needs to be respected after 10pm.

Summary: Our family of five had a wonderful experience in this rental. The home was clean, with plenty of towels and linens. The pool and spa were well maintained. Holger and Delphine were excellent hosts. We had a few questions during our stay, and Holger was always quick to respond. The location was also convenient for all of our planned activities, the grocery and drug stores, and many delicious restaurants. We would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone who is visiting Naples.

Summary: We stayed at the property in 2022 in august. The house needs upgrades the ceiling in the master bedroom is yellow and cracked the kitchen also needs some work but the area itself is nice. No problems with communication with the manager.
