Summary: One elevator requires 10-15 minutes to access room or lobby. Restaurant service was terribly slow, unresponsive, etc. Unscheduled wake calls.

Summary: Everything was great other than our tv didn’t work. We were running late to our event so we didn’t get to try it out before leaving and got back to our room after midnight. I called the front desk and offered to move our room. I declined as it was so late and he said to ask for a manager at checkout to see if they would credit us for it. I mentioned it to the person at check out but never talked to a manager and never heard anything back. Other than that, our room was fine and this wouldn’t stop me from staying again.

Summary: My stay was nice. But I did have issue with the hard bed. The AC was blowing hot the first day of my stay, talked to the front desk and they were able to fix it next day. The floor I stayed on kind of smelled. No fault of the hotel, some guests were leaving trash outside of their rooms. But overall 8/10 stay, lovely area.

Summary: Staff was very nice but the amenities were awful. No microwave in room only have 1 microwave to use for whole hotel so we had to wait in line to warm food up. The stairwell is only from the second floor to the top which bring bring concern of fire hazard Only had two elevator that worked.

Summary: When we arrived, well after check-in time, our room wasn’t ready, so they tried to downgrade us from a king to 2 doubles. They said they were overbooked. Not my problem. We waited for a king - it took longer than they said it would. Service employees were not very helpful or friendly. There were hairs on the wall in the bathroom. The lobby restrooms were dirty and overflowing with trash.
