Positive: Breakfast was delicious. Staff was excellent. Very attentive. The oatmeal was very watery. we wanted it but were unable to eat it.
Negative: Very dark bathroom lighting. No conditioner in our shower. we reported this to the staff and they were responsive to our needs.

Positive: The staff were pleasant! From Dee at the Front Desk to Joyce in the Restaurant for an excellent breakfast to the Housekeeping personnel. The 4th floor was quiet! I would stay in that room again.
Negative: The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. Guest rooms show their age! Need to demo from the floor to ceiling! Furniture is old. The cabinet that the mini fridge is in is awful! The bed really wasn’t comfortable…..hard. The shower was hot and plenty of water came out of the showerhead. But, the room was just so old looking along with the public areas. I worked for Hilton Hotels and did the renovations for the Hiltons……for 34 years.
