Summary: This place is the best location downtown. It was clean and the room was standard. Check in ok, but didn't give info about ice, restaurant pool etc. Had to call about it later bc it wasn't in room either. Pool was substandard for the expected quality of this place.

Summary: The hotel is very nice overall. There was a lot of construction surrounding the hotel, but the room was still quiet. This hotel does charge a deposit of $100 per night even though it isn’t mentioned on hotels.com. Definitely something I wish I would have known ahead of time so I could have factored that into my travel funds. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Summary: The hotel was excellent. It was close to Broadway. The problem with Nashville is the added taxes and destination fees, plus the requirement to sign up with IHG to get in an hour early on a Tuesday. Also, a bottle of beer is $9 on Broadway, and don't take a cab; they will rip you off. Negotiate a price first or take an Uber.

Summary: Except for navigating our way out of the parking garage, the entire stay was WONDERFUL! Everything there was so clean and luxurious. The staff were all accommodating, knowledgeable and courteous. The bed was great, but the pillows were the most comfortable I've ever slept on!
