Positive: The staff were friendly hotel reception and bar area looked impressive.

Negative: The room was very small for the price we paid, and unfortunately, the food didn’t make up for it. We ordered a light bite, which was extremely greasy and lacked any real flavour. The evening meal wasn’t much better, and in hindsight, we really wish we had chosen to eat out instead. Breakfast was acceptable, but again quite bland and underwhelming. It’s a shame, as the reception and bar area were lovely and gave a great first impression — it just didn’t carry through to the rooms or overall experience. Overall, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Negative: Our bathroom toilet was in a tight corner . This is the third time we’ve stayed at the hotel . But unfortunately the room we had this time was not as good very dark and lack of space.

Positive: The hotel Is beautiful and we loved the spa. As I entered the hotel it had a lovely aroma. All staff were so polite and helpful.

Negative: The air con was so noisy I couldn’t keep the room cool as I slept. The pillows were very small.
