Positive: Nice clean modern hotel with good facilities
Negative: Swimming pool despite saying “all ages” is older then 3 years old only and was only made aware on arrival, no mention on booking.com. Also we didn’t feel very welcomed when requested before entering the pool children are expected to remain quiet due to treatments taking place, despite our swimming time being during children’s hours! Feels hotel is required to have a children time but doesn’t really want to.

Positive: Comfortable, quiet rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet. Freindly and helpful staff.
Negative: Very poor lift/elevator provision. One lift dedicated to Priority guests leaving only one lift to service everybody else. Took five minutes (no exaggeration), including waiting and taking a lift from the 6th floor to the ground floor.
Summary: Nice stay but need to look at their lift/elevator service
