Summary: Hotel is nice and new, very clean. Club room floors are good but the club lounge is small for a hotel like this. WiFi is not good for westerner.

Summary: Crown Plaza is a good hotel but it commits the same mistake like other hotels, i.e. turn off air-conditioning in Winter which makes the air inside the room very stuffy and hot while outside is cold. However, they responded very fast and turned on room air-conditioning within a couple of hours after I called the front desk.

Summary: Hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good. Overall I can't complain about anything. Location maybe not quite so central but for my purposes it was good enough.

Summary: What is unique is the aquarium in the middle of the lobby. I did not like the menu in breakfast buffet because it seems they remove indian food? There was no curry and no fish in the menu.
