Summary: Good-Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and competent. Not so good-Barn door on bathroom extremely difficult to move and only opened half way, toilet did not flush properly at times, only one option available for prepaid breakfast and this was not disclosed at time of reservation.

Summary: We were impressed with the warmth and hospitality with which we were greeted at the reception desk. Being visually impaired and weary from travel, I really wanted to check in early. I was so happy when the executive housekeeper offered to help and that she did! She had a room ready for me in record time.

Summary: My husband and I just finished our honeymoon we stayed from Sunday to Thursday. This hotel far exceeded our expectations! We have not one complaint and are planning to come back next year with our kids!

Summary: Coffee maker wouldn’t close. There were no cups in the room. It leaked. There’s no place to hang your towel when taking a shower so you have to step out to grab one. The food was awful. I had a chicken sandwich that was like rubber. In the good side everyone there were very pleasant and helpful

Summary: We liked the size of the rooms and fairly clean. We didn’t like that the bathroom door didn’t have a lock, and toilet barely flushed. The pool was out of order and so kids were upset about that. Didn’t have enough towels in the room and when asked for more they brought us pool towels. The breakfast was the worst !! We ordered off the menu, no chocolate muffins, no vanilla Greek yogurt, fake eggs, no fruit in $9 yogurt parfait, $5 for the kids lemonade, it was all gross and soooo expensive!!

Summary: The front desk and staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were updated and comfy. The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 star was because of the highway. We were on the side with the highway and hearing sirens and cars wasn’t ideal so it made it pretty hard to go to sleep. Had to wait til the noise died down to rest.

Summary: Stay was alright. Hotel overall cleanly. You can tell the upgrades they had done were rushed though. Doors not rolling on bathrooms properly due to unalignment, tile in shower done hastily and crooked, toilets not flushing properly. Paid for a room with 2 queens and got full sized beds. Area was ok. Also confusion on checking out as I was told I had checked out already before getting downstairs to lobby and paid in cash. Both were inaccurate so wondering if we were in wrong room or wrong information was given from the beginning.
