Positive: Incredibly conscientious and thoughtful staff Always very helpful You just need mire than two at the reception desk So will the managers please get involved Also like the jacuzzi and the Zenith space after using the very spacious Sauna excellent design.
Negative: Not enough staff at the reception desk to check people in swiftly especially when a snag may happen if one's payment card is relying on Google pay and the signal may not be great for one's foreign network so delays in getting alternative card payment is a drag these days as everyone should be able to do away with physical cards... So the manager should always respond by opening another lane if a long queue of people developes, but then I don't think you have a third teller desk point and so your desk seems only designed for 2 operatives? So waiting at a long queue is very archaic? Maybe you should consider auto self-check-in like Premier Inn has at their airport located hotels? There was also a problem with the ice making machine on one floor and I had to go to another floor, and its unusual these days to take more than 48hrs to fix a faulty ice making kiosk?

Positive: Location was great and the daily breakfast was good too
Negative: First, the rooms they gave us. It was at the very far end of the building, the room was facing the main street, you can hear cars zooming, the train passing and ambulance. The room was so small, we did not have enough room to hung our clothes, we had to leave majority of our clothes in the luggage, and with the luggage's open we could hardy walk without stepping our luggage. In general, the staff were very nice and helpful, except one female (unfortunately did not get her name) but she is always on the extreme right of the counter, she was nasty.
