Positive: The property is an amazing location, 300m from tram station and surrounded by awesome restaurants. The hosts were really gracious, took time to explain the city, things we can do with our family. They also helped us store our luggage post checkout so we could roam around the city. This was also value for money since room are neat and clean, get serviced almost alternate days and really spacious with a good view.
Negative: While we coordinated for our keys with the property, it would be great if they can have a self checkin option in future.

Positive: 💙 Location: Since the central station (Zürich HB) is nearby, trips to other regions/cities are easy. 💙 Bedrooms: The rooms and beds are clean, cozy, and spacious. 💙 Toilet: The toilet is clean, and the bathtub provided a good experience on cold days. Also, the hairdryer works well. 💙 Services: The service agents are extremely kind and respond to requests quickly. 💙 Food: Thanks to the stores and well-equipped kitchen, cooking is easy. There are a few restaurants nearby, and I love the kebab from "Mit & Ohne."
Negative: Nothing's bad, but it would be better if more keys were offered. Since I didn't request spare keys, however, I'm unsure whether they can be offered.

Positive: Have stayed here before and this time was just as good. Large apartment with large bedroom and separate dining and lounge areas. Also a desk for any work/laptop as required. The kitchen is functional albeit a little small. Also has a washing machine and clothes airer for washing and drying clothes. Shutters on the windows for comfort and privacy. Our apartment was on the 2nd floor. As the case in most places in Europe there are no cooking tongs. Close to a cafe and supermarket. Several restaurants nearby however we did not use them.
Negative: The apartment is a 10 minute tram ride from the main station however we knew this, and it was not an issue to us.
Summary: Great apartment that met all our needs.

Positive: Very spacious apartments with everything needed for a long stay. Clean and equipped with a kitchen. Several supermarkets are within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and attentive; they even gave us a lovely New Year's gift. The area is quiet, but you can either take a 3 km walk to the city center or use the tram. Cleaning is done several times a week. I would gladly stay here again next time.
Negative: There was a lack of a throw blanket to use while sitting on the sofa
