Positive: The location is accessible and close to the town centre, train station, shops and shopping malls as well. The whole area was quiet and peaceful. Perfect choice if you are on a hectic schedule business trip.
Negative: It would be better to put up a blind of any sort in he kitchen window for more privacy.

Negative: After such faultless stays thus one had 3 very minor gripes. A. A uneaten meal of last person was in microwave B Couldn't find a bottle opener for a bed. Improvised and did prise off top eventually wirh a knife. C. one of the lovely clothes hangers was broken on arrival. I didn't need it this time, however removed it from the others ans placed in rubbish bin. Small and only sharing as exceptional is hard to maintain and I hope this is constructive in keeping this property top of the places I have stayed.

Positive: As it transpired I did not stay the night due to a change in plans however managed a quick nap in thr afternoon which was very appreciated. Everything was as expected - clean, well kept and easeful

Positive: Comfy bed and responsive owner
Negative: The sofa was not terribly comfortable and the front door lock wasn’t working properly. Luckily no one else was staying there and we were able to bolt it from the inside. Also, I don’t really think that guesthouse was an accurate description. It was basically a 2 bedroom apartment with locks on more bedroom doors. We wouldn’t really have been comfortable if there was someone in the other bedroom.
