Summary: It was our second time staying in the neighborhood. We love the location as it is in the middle of everything! House was well stocked with the essentials. Definitely will be staying again!

Summary: The property was beautiful and the pool was nice and close to the house. We had an issue trying to unlock the door as it was not stated that we had to hold down the check mark. It took over an hour for the management company to respond to our issue and we eventually figured it out on our own. We also inquired if the house came with beach towels and were told it did the week prior to check in. We arrived and there were no towels to be seen. Thankfully the property manager dropped some off from another property. We also felt that the kitchen lacked the proper amount of utensils, baking sheets and plates for being able to accommodate 10+ guests. We only had 7 and 3 were kids. The wifi was also very glitchy. We had guests with us that were working remotely. This happened multiple times. The sheets were also incredibly scratchy as though they had sand on them from previous guests. Plan to bring everything you need spice wise, oils etc. The house didn’t even have salt and pepper. We also had to purchase toilet paper and paper towels as hardly any were there when we arrived. 30A is a beautiful place, we had a great time, just wish we felt more welcome in this property as opposed to a pest.

Summary: The house was beautiful couldn’t of asked for a nicer cleaner place would go back in a second. The only negative part was the pool across the road was a little too cold for a 3 year old. But there was a heated smaller one just a 2 minute golf cart ride. Other then that it was a perfect spot.
