Negative: I didn’t like that it was very dirty. it said sleep 12 but it didn’t sleep 12. it said pull out sofa but the sofa was disgusting had to take 12 nails out of the cover on the sofa to get the cover off to use pullout bed which we couldn’t use because the mattress was so disgusting. not enough blankets or towels. they brought us an air mattress the second day and on the 3 rd day tried to clean sofa and the cleaning ladies were amazing but even they took pictures and said it was bad . we were refunded our cleaning fee but haven’t heard about any more refund due to the inconveniences of not having enough beds
