Positive: The stuff was friendly. The location was excellent. The beds were amazing and had an exceptional night sleep. And the shower had the best water pressure 10 out of 10 especially for the value.

Positive: The bed is very comfortable and I slept through the night. This is our 4th time staying at this hotel. It's a real no frills hotel but they had a remodel and the bathroom is large the bed is very comfortable.
Negative: The area isn't perfect but we have felt safe every time we've stayed here. Bring some slippers, sandals or socks to wear because the entire floor is tile and was a little chilly for me. My husband didnt' mind. Two blocks away and is a great restaurant that we walk to every time we stay here, it's name is Cafe Nouveau they have great Beignet's
Summary: Close to our freinds house, clean and low priced and not too far from the beach of Ventura.

Positive: Quite updated/modern for a 1950's motel exterior (which is also very cool). Facilities were clean. Felt safe. Nice Mexican place (La Tapatia II) across the street. Convenient for breakfast burrito.

Positive: The location is perfect for a quick overnight trip to Ventura for a concert at the Ventura Music Hall. The venue is a 3-min walk.
Negative: The television was a little difficult to use, but not a deal breaker since we just wanted to watch it for a little before bed.
Summary: Exceptional front desk staff, so courteous and helpful. The value for what it is, was fantastic!
