Summary: This house was perfect for our large family. We have five kids that range from 16 to 1 year old. This house had plenty room for all of us. The kayaks were a big hit with all the kids. The neighborhood is very quiet and everyone was friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The house is updated and sleeps 7 well. We came for the weekend with 5 kids ranging from 7-15 and everyone enjoyed kayaking and fishing from the dock. Great family oriented activities close by.

Summary: Perfect location for boating, kayaking and canoeing. Close to all restaurants and attractions. The house itself was very clean and comfortable for our group of five. Enjoyed the outdoor seating on the deck. One of the nicest rentals we have ever had.

Summary: The house was very clean, well stocked and plenty of room for all of us. There was five of us. Plenty of bikes and kayaks for all to enjoy. Everything in great shape. We have stayed in many VRBO’s and this was one of the nicest. Quiet neighborhood, the dock was also very nice. You don’t want to rent in this area of deep sea fishing. 40 miles offshore to get to 50ft of water. Other wise close to restaurants, an hour from Tampa we went to Busch Gardens one day. The buck beds are off of the master bedroom so that was a little deceiving in the write up if the house. You have to walk through the master to bunks beds that are more for little kids. We didn’t run into any hot water issues like some other reviewers mentioned. There was a lamp that was broken in the livingroom and remotes needed batteries. Otherwise very nice house and I would rent again if I’m the area for another vacation. I left notes for the people cleaning the house.

Summary: Wonderful accommodations. Very clean and comfortable, well set up with beautiful dock. Truly enjoyed our stay at your lovely home. Just a few recommendations. Both black trash cans in garage were full upon arrival. The handle on the outside of the sliding door to the dock is inappropriate. It is to close to the door and upon closing I obtained a cut on my hand. You may think about changing the handle to avoid further incidents. We unable to locate a broom and dust pan. The middle on the couch is worn, when sitting on the cushion it feels like you will fall through the couch. The light in the living room is not functioning. But, all in all, we had a peaceful few days, a wonderful time especially with the surprise visits from the manatees. I would return for future get always!!
