Summary: when we arrived Jeff on reception was amazing very helpful, and gave us a lot of local information. In the room the coffee maker didnt work . The fridge even when you altered the temp didnt seem to chill things down. There was no milk etc in the room to make drinks even if the coffee maker worked. No glasses/ cups in the bathroom so you could clean your mouth/teeth properly.The breakfast provided in the price was of very poor quality. The kitchen staff were very good but had very poor quality food to serve.

Summary: The attention from this property's staff was wonderful. We did not have much time at the hotel but did appreciate the variety of items available for the complementary breakfast. The bed was super comfortable. I should always check first to see if there is a Hampton available where we are traveling; they are consistently great places to stay.
