Negative: Front desk staff. When we had an issue with booking.com with guest numbers. In their system, but I booked a full member. And the front-desk staff didn't want to help, even though I explained I could not contact Booking due phone network issue. And my kids need to wait until midnight, even though we have one room for some members can enter and rest in the room, meanwhile, when I am waiting to contact to booking. After a long flight kids started crying at midnight in their hotel lobby. End the end of midnight, I could contact Booking resolved the issue. But as a 5-star hotel, they could be more professional and think about customer situation.

Positive: Nice hotel. Great food. Comfortable bed. I like 5 different ala carte restaurant options. Spa is is good with sauna and cold pool. Night activities at theatre was very good with professional dance groups.

Positive: The location was close to Land of the Legends and a bit more relaxing than the Lara beach area. The staff were all absolutely brilliant. Even if all staff didn’t speak amazing English, they endeavoured to help you with any enquiry nothing was too much for them. Food was stunning each and every night, with different items each night with the main staples being an ever present. Rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard and minibar refreshed daily at no extra cost. The watersports at the beach were absolutely brilliant. This is no reflection on the hotel but the local taxi services are prompt but a little bit pricey. Definitely recommend and would love to come back one day!

Positive: The pool and beach area was nicely laid out, and sufficient staff to manage the numbers, queues were not ridiculously long like some all-inclusive hols. There are plenty of food options and enough of a selection for most visotors. Shout out to Mr Hanifi in the Irish bar, Mr Nemo, the spa coordinator, and most of the pool bar staff were friendly and welcoming.
Negative: Italian restaurant, Ala cart, was a disaster. The manager came to address our complaints and proceeded to take 3 phone calls during our discussion. The food was brought out cold, late, and some dishes were served and completed before others on our table received their food! Gym had no effective AC, poorly stocked equipment.
