Positive: I am impressed by Cruza's incredible hospitality. They welcomed us with snacks and wine. The apartment is very clean, well-kept, and the whole house is decorated with atmosphere. The owners were able to help or advise us at any time. What's more, Cruzy often gave us sweet surprises, which was the first time I encountered. Certainly, if I go to Tenerife again, I will consider re-accommodating with them, but I will also recommend it to my friends. Thank you very much for the wonderful moments and kindness

Positive: Everything was fine! The apartment was very clean and well equipped, even with small things useful when you arrive somewhere on holidays (salt, oil, spices, hygiene stuffs, etc.). We were welcomed impeccably with food and beverages the day we arrived. The landlords are really taking care of their guests like nowhere else. I warmly recommend this place!

Negative: If the bed will be wider, then my rating would be more than 10!

Positive: This is one of the most unique places that we ever stayed at. Unlike many other places this is not just an apartment to crash in the evening. On arrival you get greeted by the hosts that show you this charming place. You get everything you need. Even shopping bags, beach umbrella and sun sunscreen in case you forgot one. The hosts provides you a list of places to visit, where to eat and where to shop. And this is not all. You also get little unexpected surprises that makes you feel even more welcome. You are not getting just the apartment but the whole experience. Highly recommended.

Positive: One of the best decisions I made was to book this accommodation. The couple is charming and incredibly kind. Their home is beautiful, and the view from our room looked straight to Teide. The shared courtyard is something amazing, one of the best places to watch the sunset. They welcomed us with lovely snacks that we could enjoy during the wonderful sunset. Thank you for everything. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Positive: The appartment is one of 3 in the house. Our Appartment had a view to Teide. Our pppartment itself was quite big for two persons and had everything and more provided (bathroom with shower, kitchen with all utensils, oil and herbs, balcony). Moreover there is a big shared area connecting the apartments which is like a very big living room with sofas, where one could also just chill or meet with other guests or the hosts. It also had an extra bath with washing machine. The interior design is exceptional, there is also a lot of really good selfmade Art everywhere. The Hosts are super nice and were also providing a big welcoming snack with local specialities and drink and also a goodbye gift and were providing us even access to the garden of one of the other apartments which were currently not booked and had a wonderful view over the sea. Altogether it was a really wonderful experience. I would say I never feeled more welcomed and cared for at an holiday apartment.
Negative: The windows let a little too much noise in. You hear passing cars and occasionally a dog, but this is only a problem if you go to bed early and are sensitive to this. If you need it really quiet I would recommend the other appartment with view to the sea.

Positive: Cruzy and Ruben were the most adorable and amazing hosts we could imagine. The apartment was decorated with lovely handcrafted pieces which gave it a very personal touch and the attention of them made our stay a very special one, we felt like home from the first minute on. If we visit Tenerife again, we would definitely choose Casa Arbol again and stay with Cruzy & Ruben. Big recommendation!
