Positive: Quiet and comfortable. Self catering and the kitchen was well equiped for our needs. The view was superb. Handy pub just down the road with good food. Friendly host met us with the key.

Positive: The location is great - lovely view out the window, and not a long drive from Dingle, Slea Head or other parts of the Dingle Peninsula. Bed and seating were comfy, and plenty of towels were provided.
Negative: I didn't find Cuas View very practical to stay in for a week - I knew there was no oven, but with the limited kitchen bits (e.g. pans, bowels etc.) and limited surfaces, I was constantly having to wash up. I then needed to dry the washed bits with the provided tea towels, but actually drying these (or the shower towels, or my wet clothes) proved difficult as the radiators can't be covered and there wasn't a clothes horse. The shower had the option of high pressure and cold water, or medium/low pressure and hot water, but not high pressure hot water. Nowhere to obviously dry out the used towels either, other than draping them over the shower rail when I went out each day. I hadn't planned to cook five star meals every night, but little additions like a microwave with a grill and a freezer section in the fridge would have helped. The bedroom window has a great view but also has the path to the main house right in front of it, and there are only solid curtain or blind options - maybe have a mesh/net curtain so you can get more natural light in without having to close the curtains for privacy? I'm sure lots of people will enjoy staying at Cuas View, but I felt it was only practical if you are eating out for a majority of your meals.

Positive: A cosy and comfortable accommodation in an excellent location. Good bed and everything was super clean. Host was very personable and helpful when needed. Quite a compact space but offered all the ameniities we needed. It was lovely to hear nothing but birdsong and the local sheep! Easy walking distance to ancient monuments and stunning coastal scenery. Good parking space.

Positive: The area was accessible and convenient being only 15min drive away from Dingle town. The view was beautiful and the accommodation itself was well kept, modern, clean and comfortable! Padraig was a lovely host and made sure we had what we needed. We enjoyed our stay at Cuas View and would recommend it to anyone travelling to the peninsula!
