Summary: Friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely. Some of the rooms are really nice and big, some a bit smaller

Summary: My third stay at this hotel in past few months. Staff and food were as good as ever, but this time my room (Room 6) was not particularly good. See attached images of torn curtains, torn wallpaper, stained ceiling and rusty radiator in bathroom. The wardrobe was also tiny due to it backing on to a lift shaft. I would gladly stay here again, but certainly not in Room 6.

Summary: Room was huge for Great Britain! Very clean and comfortable with plenty of space to move around. Parking was a little tight but we managed. After a long day of traveling, it felt like I had won the lottery!

Summary: Nice spacious room with a balcony and fridge. Quality bedding and towels. Friendly, helpful staff. I stay there regularly through work and highly recommend as a solo traveller.

Summary: I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to do so. Unlike a lot of the reviews, the staff on duty the evening we arrived badly affected our experience of the Cults Hotel. We had a very unfriendly, bordering on rude, welcome at reception and dinner, had a waitress grab condiments off of our table without even asking or acknowledging us and when I came back into the hotel later that evening the two men on reception didn't even say hello but continued to swear at each other. They all really need some proper training in how to treat their guests better. That said the young waiter working at breakfast was pleasant and helpful.
