Summary: Great overall experience. But, there was a blood stain on my pillowcase. The staff addressed it immediately after I brought it to their attention.

Summary: Room was awesome with view of sunsphere. All employees were exceptionally friendly, professional and knowledgeable about area. Valet service was stellar and ALL the valets were so nice. Absolutely love this hotel. Just needs more trash cans in room.

Summary: The service, the place, the location and the staff were phenomenal. Very friendly and ready to serve. The only two complains. No complementary breakfast included for the price. The parking situation, fact you need to use valet parking and paid extra plus tips was not expected. Causing now to incurred on non planned expenses. So be careful and make sure to iadd as part of the budget.

Summary: The hotel was very clean & the bed was comfortable. It does seems dated, which was surprising for how expensive it was. I like that they have bikes you can borrow, but they so in need of maintenance that they're kind of dangerous. The breakfast was soooo weak compared to what the menu makes it sound like, and they didn't even have most of the items on the online menu. We didn't try any other meals at the hotel for this reason. We wouldn't have gotten breakfast more than once if I hadnt paid for it ahead of time. Also the phones in the room didnt work correctly when I needed to call the front desk to let them know we didnt have hot water.
