Positive: Fantastic location! The HUMAN staff were wonderful (not the ROBOT staff - see dislikes)... The sauna and spa were great after the long run...

Negative: I rang to check on bed configuration ad bedding situation the week prior - and got a very realistic hubot on the phone. Basically she assured me we had a sofa bed - and bedding - for our 4th guest - which was not the case. Luckily the staff helped after we arrived and brought in a single bed on wheels. Also, if the apartment is being advertised as a sofa bed with bedding in the lounge that is suitable for sleeping on then there should be blinds or at least a heavy curtain that blocks out the all night lights outside and the sunrise!

Positive: The location of this property was very good, I enjoyed the daily room refresh with bed made and new towels if required and tea and coffee topped up daily was very good, I did not use the pool but it looked very good, along with the gym.

Negative: My only comment would be that the external walls of this complex needs a good clean with a high-pressure hose, as there appeared to be dust / mould on the exterior which spoils the complexes whole look. From the street it just needs a good clean on the building, other than that it is pretty clean.

Negative: Navigation to the room from carpark too far Room to car when raining like it did too hard to get to no underground way Grounds slippery Pool over crowded didn’t get to use it A bit dated could do with a paint . Cleaning of cobwebs around external area of room and balcony would be good too.also found wrapper left from previous guests under side table in bedroom,obviously rooms are not cleaned thoroughly . Dryer door didn’t lock properly either so couldn’t use it. Not keen to stay at this property again .

Summary: It was ok! Good part was our room although set at the back had a view of the beach .
