Positive: The apartment location was simply great - within the old city part, but still very calm! For a stay for 3 nights, the apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The apartment is decorated in a nice way, though it is not my style, it was pleasant that furniture and decorations were all in a matching style - you can feel that the host put some heart and thoughts into it. Great to have a view to the garden and the high ceilings are also adding a great flair to the apartment!
Negative: If you like a lot of privacy, you may need to close the outside blinds on the windows facing the garden - in case someone else is using it, as it is shared. We have seen only once some people dining outside but it did not bother us. Just sharing in case this would be of significance for others.
Summary: Wonderful location with the old city part directly at your door!

Positive: The location was excellent — in the historic old town and convenient to everything, yet on a very quiet street.
Negative: The bed was very comfortable but the sofa-bed and the dining chairs were not very comfortable.

Positive: The flat is in the middle of the old town, which is the cutest part of the city. The building is old, but well-maintained and charming, and the flat has access to the shared garden, which is beautiful. The flat itself is very big and comfortable, and everything looks very new. Access to it was easy by foot (the youtube video is super clear), but we had no car so we cannot say anything about the parking spot. Instructions looked clear for that one too though. The staff was very kind. We actually misread the checkout time, so we were still there at 10:00am when staff arrived to clean, and they were very understanding about it. Overall, I would strongly recommend it :)
Negative: Nothing to complain, the flat was just exactly as in the pics. Maybe be aware that one cannot drive all the way in front of the flat (street too narrow), so you might need to walk a little from your car to the flat.
