Positive: When I booked the Window it was all about the view. It turns out that the spectacular view is surpassed by the incredible service. Katiusca was amazing! We felt so welcomed and so grateful for all the extra things she did for us. She organised my favourite wine and aperitivo for a romantic evening. We used their brand new e-bikes to visit the town easily. Katiusca brought us some special cake cooked by her mother for Swiss National Day and invited us to join a local celebration. Everything was perfect and I just didn’t want to leave, I felt like I had found a new friend! The whole experience was wonderful. I don’t often leave reviews but this was so well deserved. Thank you. Thank you 🙏🏻

Positive: The owner , Katiusca , is the perfect host. The check-inn is easy and in system. View from room , bathroom , the furnitures , every thing is highclass. Katiusca booked a table in a nearby restaurant and my EV-car got kWH in the garage downunder.

Negative: We normally do not pick a hotelroom at this price on our way to the South of France and not sure we will visit the helpfull Katiusca again , but I must say : You should try it - you will not regret it !

Positive: The property is very modern and had everything we needed for our night stay. We have a hybrid car and were able to charge it in our parking. We were warmly welcomed along with our two little doggies and there was fresh water for them on arrival which I found very sweet. Our hostess was very attentive and communication was excellent. Room was super modern and stylish and a great size with a balcony overlooking Bellinzona with amazing views of the mountains and castle. Bed was very comfortable, and also the pillows. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices.

Negative: We wish we booked a few more nights!

Positive: The room was so comfortable and clean and big and smells so good.. i slept well. The view from the balcony and the room was to die for. I can see the whole town & the castle. I managed to see falling snow.. it's so magical. The self check-in and check-out was easy to follow.. The owner was so friendly and the nicest person i get to know..she helped to solve my problem and even gave me a tour of Bellinzona the next day. If you would like a private tour arround Bellinzona or anywhere nearby, you can request from her. She'll gave a good price.
