Summary: The Writer's Cottage is a beautiful and charming property. The decor is gorgeous - beautiful antiques, interesting artwork and unique accessories. The open kitchen is unbelievably beautiful and functional. It is definitely the central gathering place. The property owners were excellent hosts. We had an issue with the TV and Josh came to the house to take care of it. It was a perfect girls weekend getaway. Thank you, Josh and Jill.

Summary: Our group had a cozy and comfortable stay. The home is spacious and perfect for small groups, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The sleeping arrangements were incredibly comfortable. The indoor and outdoor seating areas were fantastic — we loved having the option to relax inside or enjoy the fresh air outside. Overall, it was a perfect place for our group to come together, reconnect and enjoy a memorable getaway. I would absolutely stay here again.

Summary: This is our second time staying at this property in Waco! It’s quirky, cute, comfy & eclectic full of the most unique art and furniture! The location is safe & close to everything. The beds are super comfy & the kitchen is fully stocked. Really you have everything you need. Lots of seating for big groups & the hosts are easy to get a hold of and very helpful if you need anything. We will most definitely be back again! Thanks for another amazing stay while visiting our daughter at Baylor!

Summary: Beautiful property with exquisite furnishings & art. The home is spacious, has plenty of seating & a fabulous kitchen that is fully stocked to prepare meals. We will absolutely rent this again for future Waco trips! Loved the backyard and we enjoyed sitting around the fire pit!

Summary: We are four besties from Dallas spending the Waco who had the best time in this wonderful cottage. We oooh’d and awe’d the entire weekend as we found new things about this home that made our stay extra special. It was perfect for our weekend getaway but we could have easily stay a few days longer. You won’t be disappointed if you decide to spend time at this gem!
