Positive: Good location, close to Co-op convenience store and 10 minute walk to beach (pebbles)
Negative: Heating controls were a bit complex, a simple on-off switch would be much handier

Positive: The beds were very comfortable. both bathrooms were excellent, very clean and spacious. Neat little suntrap yard at the back of the property. Lots of TV channels on the TV downstairs and in both bedrooms.
Negative: The stairs were very narrow and steep which wasn't good for my elderly mother and young children could have problems.

Positive: Everything, great shower, spacious en suite, comfy beds, very well-equipped kitchen, responsive, warm heating when needed plus cosy lounge fire, pretty garden, good location, excellent local information booklet provided by Clare, excellent WiFi, the list goes on...
Negative: Minor negative for the very steep stairs, but part and parcel of the house. Not so great for the aged or infirm! Nothing else, all perfect!

Positive: Location is 5 minutes from the coast all the shops and conveniences you could need are walkable, the property has everything you could need including chairs for the beach and smart TVs in all rooms. Incredibly clean in arrival.
Negative: Being a terraced house and only having space for 2 2-seater sofas not so comfy and the fake log burner.

Positive: Lovely, pretty house with everything you need and more.
Negative: Loved the house just the stairs are sooo steep and we had to block them off so our dog couldn’t get up and risk falling down, I was always really twitchy when my daughter was flying up and down them too. Absolutely understand that it’s this type of house but maybe if a stair gate was there then would have felt a bit more safe.

Positive: Clean, both in terms of hygiene and decoration. Really nice touches like the curtain tie-back knots, the kitchen clock and the artwork are sympathetic to the location and its history. Nice sized house with good bathroom facilities, great outdoor space and functional kitchen.
Negative: On-street parking can be difficult, particularly at school drop off times. However there are more spaces further up the road. The internal staircase is extremely steep, need to take care particularly with small children.
